PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of fuel through a vent tube by arranging a float valve at the projecting edge part in a tank body of a vent tube which communicates to a canister, thus certainly regulating the full quantity of fuel in the tank body. CONSTITUTION:When oil is supplied from the charging port 2a of a filler tube 2 by an oil feeding gun 7, oil supply is smoothly carried out since a vent tube 4 communicates to the atmosphere through a canister 6. The evaporated fuel which stays in the upper space S in a tank body 1 at this time is introduced into a canister 5 through an evaporation tube 3. Further, said fuel is introduced into the canister 6 through the opened port 4b of a large-diameter part 4a and a communication hole 4c. When the fuel in the tank body 1 reaches a prescribed liquid level, the valve body 10a of a float valve 10 arranged at the projecting edge part in the tank body 1 of the vent tube 4 closes tube 4 to regulate the full quantity. |
