PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts by balancing means for pushing a fixed member and a movable member to separate each other with a tubular member and braided reinforcing structure having the opposite ends secured to said members. CONSTITUTION:Fixing member 23 will seal one opening of tubular member 21 and braided reinforcing structure 22 where pressurized fluid is supplied/ discharged against the inner cavity 27. The support 31 has a sliding member 32 and provides means for guiding the motion of movable member 24 toward the fixed member. A compression spring 34 is provided as pushing means in the cavity of tubular member 33. Positioning is executed at the point where the pushing means is balanced with the tubular member and the braided reinforcing structure. Consequently, brake means can be eliminated resulting in reduction of the number of parts.
