PURPOSE:To form the whole unit of a device in a small size and a low price, by providing a main driving side gear and a fixed gear or a driven side gear and an output gear to be formed in non-circular gears. CONSTITUTION:A device, forming a main driving side gear 7 and a fixed gear 9 in non-circular gears, provides, for instance, a pitch line 7a of the main driving side gear 7 and a pitch line 9c of the fixed gear 9. Here a rotary angle phi of an output shaft 11, corresponding to a rotary angle theta of an input shaft 2, provides a relation of intermittent rotation. In short, a driven side gear 8 is integrally formed with the main driving side gear 7, and the gear 8 revolves on its own axis at an ununiform speed, while the device, if it forms the driven side gear 8 and an output gear 10 in circular gears, reduces ununiform speed rotation of the driven side gear 8 for uniform rotation of the input shaft 2 to be transmitted to the output shaft 11 through the output gear 10.
