PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture capable of reliably fixing a thread provided in a gastric wall fixing member by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 includes: a bottom surface 22 to be placed on a body surface; an opening part 44 for guiding a suture thread 30 in a direction of crossing with the bottom surface 22; and a case part 12 and an insertion part 14 disposed along the bottom surface 22.
