CONSTITUTION:When a row address value from a terminal 19 is '765', for example, an FET switch C765 is cut off and an FET switch D765 is conducted. Other FET switches C0-C764 and C766 are conducted and FET switches D0-D764, D766 and D767 are cut off. Therefore, with connecting the data terminal D of a flip flop B765 in a shift register 14 to a Q output terminal in a flip flop B0, a loop is constituted. Thus, so that the number of stages of a flip flop that constitutes the loop of the shift register 13 is variable, when the number of picture elements in a horizontal direction is different due to the dissimilarity of a color reference system, for example, of an NTSC system, or of a PAL system, the number of the stages of the shift register 14 can be varied and adjusted.</p> |
