Hydraulic connection: washing machine

A hydraulic connection arrangement for an industrial washing machine comprises a pair of rigid annular walls (1) fixed around the circumference of the rotatable drum (2) to form an annular channel (3). Holes (4) communicate the channel with the interior of the drum. A stationary coupling (7) has flexible sealing elements (5) which cooperate with the annular walls to seal off the annular channel, forming a watertight annular chamber. Conduits can be connected to the coupling and the arrangement enables the conduits to communicate with the interior of the drum via the watertight annular chamber.
