发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MESH FOR SCREEN PRINTING
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve antistatic properties, and to enable fine pattern printing by using a screen mesh made of polyester or nylon, which is treated with a low-temperature plasma of an inorganic gas and on the surface of which a surface-ative agent is applied. CONSTITUTION:A mesh made of polyester or nylon of 100 meshes or more is treated at a low temperature with an inorganic gas at 0.005-10Torr, and the surface thereof is coated with a surface-active agent. Helium, neon, argon, nitrogen, etc. are employed in a single or mixed manner as the inorganic gas, and 0.005-10Torr are preferable as gas pressure in a plasma generator. Various cationic, anionic, amphoionic and non-ionic agents available on the marker are used as the surface-active agent. The mesh coated with the surface-active agent is dried, transferred to a process in which a photosensitive emulsion resin is applied or the meshes are laminated, and dried and finished finally by exposure and development precesses.
