PURPOSE:To obtain a compact device at a low cost by superposedly disposing rolling bearings in a hollow cylindrical vessel and dispersing materials for a paint, etc., by the rotation of the rolling bearings according to the rotation of a mill shaft. CONSTITUTION:The feed materials continuously fed from a supply pipe 36 to the bottom of a dispersion layer advances from the bottom surface of the rolling bearing 20a in the lowermost position into spaces 24 between the inner race 21 and outer race 22 and between a cage 57 and rollers 23. The feed material particles are finely dispersed by the friction with the rotating inner race and the impact of the plural rolling rolls while the particles are raised in the spaces; further the particles are dispersed by an intermediate disk 25 rotating right above the rolling bearing and the dispersed particles advance through a notch 26 into the spacings of the rolling bearings superposed above. The feed materials are thus advanced successively from the lower rolling bearings to the upper rolling bearings by the intermediate disks and the feed materials dispersed to about <=10mu are delivered from a delivery port. |
