PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coil winding capable of simplifying handling of semifinished products between respective steps, and to provide a jig used for manufacturing a coil winding.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a coil component includes: a holding step of making a jig 100 having a holding part hold a plurality of semifinished products 11 each comprising a base 40 and an antenna coil 30; a setting step of setting the plurality of semifinished products 11 at a set position of the jig 100 in a mold, in a state held by the jig 100; and an encapsulation step of filling a cavity of the mold with a resin to encapsulate at least a part of the base 40 and the antenna coil 30 with the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
