PURPOSE:To carry out cyclization at a low temperature in a short time in a simple step and produce a product not requiring purification and at a low cost, by irradiating a specific organic compound, e.g. a heterocyclic resin containing N as a hetero member, etc., with electromagnetic waves at a specific wavelength. CONSTITUTION:An organic compound having one or more bonds expressed by formula I and/or formula II in the molecule and one or more groups selected from -OH, -SH, -COOM<1>, -CSOM<2>, -COSM<3> and -CSSM<4> (M<1>, M<2>, M<3> and M<4> are monovalent cation) through at least one bi- or polyvalent atom, e.g. C, Si, O or S, is irradiated with electromagnetic waves at 100-800nm wavelength. The use of an ultraviolet absorber added to the above-mentioned organic compound increases the cyclization rate to 2-3 times. Amic acids, urea acids, hydrazide acids, urethane acids, etc., or the acids having oxygen atoms partially or wholly substituted by sulfur atoms, etc., may be cited as the above-mentioned compound. |
