At least up 1 species of 5-30 wt.% of silicate rock, mineral efflorescence, disuse casting sand, coal ash, disuse brick, red mud, ejecta, desilicone slag and iron oxide are added to fused steel manufacture slag, fusion , water-sediment treating, drying, pulverizing after addn. of 3-5 wt.% of gymsum or lime. Prepg. powder is useful as mud-hardening, soil-improving agent and binder of a pellet(or a clod of ore).
