The title compds. of formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts are prepd. by reacting trifluoro quinoline carboxylic acid with amine(R1R2NH) in the presence of acid bonding agent i.e. pyridine or diazobicyclo[2,2,2 octane. R1 and R2 form a 5-6 membered ring with amine, this ring may be contd. -O-, -Sor ; NR3; R3 is C1-6 straight or side-chain alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl substd. with H or OH. Amine such as piperazine, N-methylpiperazine, 3,5-dimethylpiperazine or 4- hydroxypyridine.
