PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate remote control when a plurality of users exist to an operation target which is a remote control target.SOLUTION: A remote control capability determination unit 113 in a telematics center 100 receives a remote control request for a vehicle 200 which is transmitted from a mobile terminal 300 held by any one of a plurality of users associated with the vehicle 200, and also acquires the position information of the vehicle 200 and the position information of the mobile terminal 300 respectively held by the plurality of users. Based on the acquired position information, the remote control capability determination unit 113 calculates a distance to the vehicle 200 for each user, and based on the distance calculated for the user receiving the remote control request, determines whether or not to permit the remote control request. As a result, when determined to permit the remote control request, the remote control capability determination unit 113 indicates remote control to the vehicle 200, based on the remote control request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
