PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling structure for an optical connector in which such a situation that light is emitted from a connector frontage can be prevented while a complicated constitution is prevented.SOLUTION: An optical coupling structure for optical connectors 10 and 20 comprises the first optical connector 10 having an optical fiber 11 for emitting light and the second optical connector 20 having an optical fiber 21 for receiving light. The optical coupling structure makes the optical fiber 21 receive light from the optical fiber 11 when the first optical connector 10 and the second optical connector 20 are engaged with each other. The first optical connector 10 is provided on a light emitting side of the optical fiber 11, and has a first prism 12 that changes a direction of the light emitted from the optical fiber 11 to such a direction that the light is not emitted from a frontage of the first optical connector 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
