PURPOSE:To prevent the position dislocation of an overlapped transfer picture by making the driving roller circumference of respective belt photosensitive bodies to constitute a color recording device into the 1/integer of the distance from respective picture exposing positions to a transfer position. CONSTITUTION:For the optical image of an original 2, a light path is divided by the first half mirror 39, the second half mirror 40 and the third mirror 41, and the color separated image of the blue B light of the original 2 to a belt photosensitive body 5y, a green G light to a photosensitive body 5m and a red R light to a photosensitive body 5c is formed. Here, the diameter of a driving roller 28 of respective photosensitive bodies 5c, 5m and 5y is wholly equally made into D and set so that the circumference piD can be 1/integer of the belt length from the exposing position of respective photosensitive bodies to the transfer position. For example, the belt length to combine the section between both positions is set to 2piD concerning the photosensitive body 5y, to 3piD concerning 5m and to 4piD concerning 5c. By such a constitution, the position dislocation of the overlapped picture can be prevented.
