PURPOSE:To facilitate the identification of a pebrine protozoan spore, by making sensitizing carrier on the pebrine protozoan spore. CONSTITUTION:For the regulation of an antibody-sensitizing carrier, an IgO fraction is obtained from anti-serum produced by immunizing a rabbit using Nosema bombycis spore as antigen by ammonium sulfate salting out or DEAE- cellulose chromatography. This IgO is diluted to a specified concentration with a 0.05M tris buffer solution and mixed in equivalence with Bacte Latex diluted by specified times with 0.85% NaCl liquid. Then, after the mixture is shaken at a fixed temperature, washed centrifugally by the tris buffer solution to remove antibodies left unadsorbed. Finally, the antibody sensitizing carrier is floated in a tris buffer solution containing a specified % of sodium azide and allowed to be preserved at a fixed temperature.
