PURPOSE:To prevent noise from being produced by pressing two rubber wheels against a rotary shaft of a motor to reduce its speed. CONSTITUTION:A rolling wheel 48 having a rubber periphery and rolling together with a gear 47 is arranged on a shaft 46. A lever 44 is made to support a shaft 49 which is made to support a free-rolling wheel 50 having a rubber periphery and rotated while being pressed with the rolling wheel 48. Torque is transmitted via the rolling wheels 50 and 48, and a small gear 47 to a large gear 45. With this constitution, noise can be prevented from being produced.
