PURPOSE:To secure the reliability of a recording data, by writing a recording data of detection states from various sensors through a connector into a semiconductor memory and send out a data to an external unit when the connection of the external unit utilizing the data to a connector is confirmed. CONSTITUTION:Detection states of sensors 10-1-10-N are brought into a CPU18 from an input interface 14 through a connector 16 and processed, and the recording data is written into a RAM22. Upon the completion of recording data, processor 26 is connected to the connector 16. When a value data from a unit 29 is outputted and inputted into the CPU18, the CPU18 confirms the connection between the processor 26 and the connector 16. Upon the confirmation, a recording data is read out from the RAM22 and a recording data is sent out to the processor 26 via the connector 16 from a transfer interface 28.
