PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a resonance function by setting the disks at both ends of a spindle serving as the revolving center of a disk plate and providing a supplying device at a place near the disk to supply the air fluid in the radius direction of the disk. CONSTITUTION:The air stream lines 12 and 13 are produced on the outer diameter surface of a revolving disk 7 by an air fluid 8. The flowing speed of the line 12 is slowed down by the frictional force produced between the outer diameter surface of the disk 7 and the line 12 owing to a fact that the revolving direction of the disk 7 is opposite to the flowing direction of the air, on the contrary, the flowing speed of the stream line 13 is increased. The pressure of the fluid 8 is increased at the place near the disk 7 as the flowing speed of the fluid 8 is slowed down. Thus the pressure produced at the part of the line 13 is less than that produced at the part of the line 12. As a result, the force moving toward the line 13 is applied to the disk 7 and therefore the disk 7 is pressed by the fluid 8 in the set direction. Thus a spindle 3 is pressed to the set direction.
