摘要 |
PURPOSE:To easily produce an electrically conductive polymeric material having stable electrical conductivity and especially high fluidity, by forming an electrically conductive polymer by the electrolytic polymerization in a dissolved or molten polymeric material under agitation, thereby uniformly dispersing the electrically conductive polymer in the polymeric material. CONSTITUTION:A dissolved or molten polymeric material (e.g. polyvinyl chloride) is charged into an electrolytic cell 1, added with a monomer (e.g. pyrrole) forming an electrically conductive polymer by electrolytic polymerization together with an electrolyte and thoroughly stirred. A DC power source 8 is connected to a metallic agitation blade 7 of an agitator 4 in a manner to act the blade as an anode and the mixture is electrolyzed under agitation. The objective electrically conductive polymeric material can be collected from the part near the agitation blade 7.
