PURPOSE:To reduce the size change at curing by pressing a rod connecting member penetrated through a throughhole of a head mount plate in contact with a head block and fixing the connecting member and the throughhole and the press contact face between the connecting member and the head block by means of an adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 46 is fixed to a head base 248 and the head base 248 is fitted to a head mounting plate 43. The head fitting plate constituted in this way is pressed into contact on a head block 45 by using 4 pins 276 after projection, tilt, eccentricity and deflection are adjusted. An anaerobic adhesives 254 is applied to the gap between the pins 276 and the throughhole 277 and the press contact face between the pins 276 and the head block 45 and cured. Since the magnetic head is fitted by the method as above, the thickness of the adhesive layer is thin, the size change at curing is almost negligible and the mounting of the magnetic head is executed simply with high accuracy. |
