发明名称 PRODUCTION OF GRAIN ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL HAVING GOOD ADHESIVENESS OF GLASS FILM AND LOW IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a grain oriented electrical steel sheet having good adhesiveness of a glass film and low iron loss by forming oxides partially penetrated into the base iron of the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel slab is subjected to hot rolling, annealing, and one pass or >=2 passes of cold rolling including intermediate annealing to a final sheet thickness. The steel sheet is then formed with sharp and fine ruggedness on the surface by mechanical means such as sand paper, shot, grinder or brush rolls, by which the surface of the steel sheet is activated. The steel sheet is then subjected to decarburization annealing at 800-860 deg.C and >=0.4 PH2O/PH2 and after a separating agent for annealing is coated thereon, the steel sheet is subjected to finish annealing, where PH2O; the partial pressure of H2O in the atmospheric gas for decarburization annealing, PH2; the partial pressure of H2 in the atmospheric gas for decarburization annealing.
