PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition giving a cured material having improved properties and suitable for producing an unsaturated polyester resin laminated sheet, etc., by mixing a base resin with a pentaerythritol poly(meth) acrylate having a specific amount of (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) a diallyl phthalate resin, an unsaturated polyester resin or their mixture with (B) a pentaerythritol poly(meth)acrylate having >=3 (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule (e.g. pentaerythritol monohydroxytriacrylate). The amount of the component B is preferably 10-50pts.(wt). per 100pts. of the component A.
