PURPOSE:To improve the durability of the titled device by internally providing a ceramic heat insulating material between a machine frame and ceramic heat insulating pan to constitute a holding furnace and lifting and injecting a molten metal by means of a cruciform sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic heat insulating material a3 contg. a heating element 2 is internally provided between the heat insulating pan a1 made of ceramics and the machine frame a2 to constitute the holding furnace A. The ceramic cruciform sleeve B in common use for lifting and injecting the molten metal is provided to the inside of the pan a1. One end of the sleeve is immersed into the molten metal and the other end is connected to a nozzle 6. The molten metal is lifted from the pan a1 and is injected into the cavity 1a of a molding tool 1 by the cooperative action of a lifting cylinder D and injection cylinder E according to the above-mentioned mechanism. The pan a1 and the machine frame a2 are united by the ceramic heat insulating material a3 and since the heat insulation characteristic is excellent, the resistance of the device to impact and thermal impact is improved and eventually the durability of the device is improved.
