SYSTEM FOR STARTING THERMAL POWER PLANT AT FIXED TIME WITH MINIMUM LIFE CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE:To minimize the life consumption of equipments at the start time and complete the start at a designated time by providing a function which uses a model for forecast of the starting characteristic to generate a start module which minimizes the consumption of the life of the device. CONSTITUTION:An offline optimizing function 1110 supposes a starting scedule 111 and sets it to a plant dynamic characteristic model 1210 to simulate the starting characteristic and calculates a boiler stress 221 and a turbine stress 231 by a boiler stress calculating function 1220 and a turbine stress calculating function 1230. An online optimizing function 1120 optimizes successively a target operation state 121 of a turbine in accordance with the turbine stress 231 when the model 1210 is operated. The function evaluates calculated action of process variables and time required for start and supposes another schedule 111 and sets it to the model 1210. This processing is repeated to determine an optimum start schedule 101 which completes the start in the shortest time.
