PURPOSE:To permit compact packaging by rotating and energizing either or both of a magazine and the tongue end of a film on a supply path in such a manner that the tongue end of the film is held along the outside peripheral face of the magazine. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a supply means 10 having a holding mechanism (not shown) which holds the photographic film magazine 1 exposed with the tongue end 2 of the film, advances, releases the magazine at the advance point and retreats, a guide means 11 which superposes sheet members 3, 4 with the supply path (a) of the magazine 1 in-between, a vertical sealing means 12 which forms the sheet members 3, 4 superposed by the guide means 11 to a cylindrical body 5, a horizontal sealing means 13 which seals the magazine 1 supplied by the supply means 10 into the body 5 and a tongue end treating means 14 which engages the tongue end 2 of the film exposed on the outside with the outside peripheral face of the magazine 1. The tongue end treating means 14 rotates and energizes either or both of the magazine 1 and the tongue end 2 on the supply path (a) of the magazine 1 in such a manner that the tongue end 2 of the film is held along the outside peripheral face of the magazine. |
