PURPOSE:To prevent a tractor door from being broken, by a construction wherein a turning force in the direction for closing the tractor door is exerted when a printer cover is closed while leaving the tractor door open. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition where a tractor door 4 is closed, a tension spring 2 exerts a turning force in the direction for closing the door 4 on the door 4, thereby preventing a printing paper 12 from being disengaged from sprockets 13 of a tractor belt 3. With a handle 5 lifted up by hand, the tractor door 4 is opened. Under this condition, the spring 2 exerts a turning force in the direction for opening the door 4, and a rear end side of the door 4 makes contact with a stopper 16 provided on a tractor frame 6, whereby the door 4 is held in the state of being opened at an angle L of not more than 90 deg.. Even when a printer cover 8 is closed while forgetting to close the tractor door 4, a tip part of the handle 5 is pushed by the printer cover 8, and the door 4 is closed by a force for closing it with a shaft 9 as a center, so that the tractor door is not broken. |
