PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy extending over a wide measurement range by using a data storage means in which a data which corresponds to an output converted to a digital signal, and also offers a characteristic of linearity is written in advance. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal from a thermistor 1 is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converting part 4. In a memory IC5, a data which corresponds to this digital signal, and also offers substantially a characteristic of linearity is stored in advance. By applying the digital signal to this memory IC5, a desired data which is read out of the memory IC5 is converted to an analog signal by a D/A converting part 7, and also, converted to a voltage signal or a current signal by a signal converting part 8.
