PURPOSE:To change an output terminal to an L level by inputting a NAND output between a drive select signal and a step signal to a CLOCK terminal of a D-FF when a flexible disk is ejected after being loaded. CONSTITUTION:In loading the flexible disk 6, an H level signal is inputted to a terminal D of a D FF-7. An L level signal is inputted to a step signal input terminal 1b in this case, then a signal logic of a drive select signal input terminal 1a changes from an H level to an L level, then the H level signal is inputted to the CLOCK terminal of the FF 7 and a Q terminal of the FF 7 is set to the L level. Thus, an H level signal is outputted from a disk change signal output terminal and the loading of the disk 6 is recognized. In ejecting the disk 6 next, the signal at the terminal D of the FF 7 goes to an L level, and when a step pulse is inputted to the terminal 1b, the clock signal changing to the H level is inputted to the CLOCK terminal of the FF 7 and the L level signal is outputted from the terminal 9.
