PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal grid for X ray that can manufacture a metal grid for X ray capable of using a material having a high X ray absorption rate for an X ray absorption part without being limited to a material enabling anode oxidation, and provide the metal grid for X ray and an X ray imaging device using the metal grid for X ray.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal grid for X ray includes: a resist formation step of forming a first region having a resist layer and a second region having no resist layer, on one main surface of a metal substrate 13a; an anode oxidation step of forming a plurality of holes on the metal substrate 13a corresponding to the second region by an anode oxidation method; a recess formation step of removing the resist layer in the first region, and forming a recess 142 on the metal substrate 13a corresponding to the first region; and an X ray absorptive material embedding step of embedding X ray absorptive material capable of absorbing X ray, in the recess 142.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
