PURPOSE:To need no feeding of power, fuel, or the like, by using the magnetic energy of magnets to generate a rotational force. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical magnet 2 with a shaft is fitted on the periphery of a rotor frame 1, and on a rotor shaft 9, a central magnet 10 with a hole bored freely through the shaft is fitted. The shaft of the magnet 2 is supported by bearing plates served as stator frames 6, 7, and the magnet 2 is contrived to be freely rotated in a core. At the tip of each magnet shaft, a crank 4 is fitted and fixed. Each crank 4 is connected to a ring 3, and a ring shaft 5 served as a rotor bearing is fitted into the ring 3. By the working of the crank 4, the ring 3, and the ring shaft 5, the direction of the polarity of the magnetic pole of each magnet 2 connected to the crank 4 is constant regardless of the rotational angle of a rotor, and the rotor is continuously rotated.
