PURPOSE:To facilitate the automatic conversion and the generation of a test data by using a connection graph reflecting the connection state between a terminal equipment and a resource in converting the internal state representing the network connection state into the terminal state representing the state of each terminal equipment for the automatic conversion. CONSTITUTION:A conversion processing section 1 consists of a connection graph generating section 2, a connection graph analysis section 3, a terminal state generation section 4, and a terminal/attribute file 5 and an internal state transition diagram being the function specification of the exchange service is inputted from an input section 7 to an input/output control section 6. The content is displayed on a display section 8. The connection graph corresponding to the internal state representing the network connection state is generated by the generation section 2, the connection graph is analyzed by an analysis section 3 to obtain all terminal/resources connected to the terminal equipment, and the generation section 4 references the file 5 to obtain the state of each terminal equipment. The converted terminal state is fed to a test data generation section 9, from which the test data corresponding to the terminal state is generated.
