PURPOSE:To assemble a well-balanced mixer by making the wire length of each diode lead constant and making the connection length of a mixer diode of each balun coil constant so as to uniformize L/C components between the mixer diodes and the balun coils. CONSTITUTION:Diode leads of mixer diodes 6-9 are inserted to through holes 12-15 of a printed circuit board 11 and the projecting lead ends are soldered. The diode connection lead of the balun coil 4 is penetrated through through holes 16, 17 of the printed circuit board 11 and soldered to lands 18, 19 at the rear face and the lands 18, 19 are soldered to the through holes 12, 14 respectively. The diode connection lead of the balun coil 5 is penetrated through through holes 20, 21 of the board 11, soldered to lands 22, 23 on the front face and the lands 22, 23 are soldered to the through holes 13, 15 respectively. Thus, the diode lead length of a balance mixer assembly 10 and the diode connection lead length of the balun coils are balanced to a prescribed value.
