PURPOSE:To facilitate the management of dimensions in a manufacture process and the optimized layout design by arranging the emitter area of plural bipolar transistors (TRs) into one kind and providing a current source causing a voltage division in a resistance ladder to arrange the emitter potential of each bipolar TR to be equal. CONSTITUTION:A base voltage is given from a common reference voltage source Vref to plural bipolar TRs Q1-Qn, Qn, and its emitter area is arranged to the same value (xa). On the other hand, a current source 4 causing a prescribed correction current Is to conduct superimposedly is connected across a resistance ladder 1. The correction current source 4 is selected to give a correction current Ix causing the voltage division in a resistance ladder 1 to correct the emitter potentials VE1-VEn, VEn of the bipolar TRs the same. Thus, the bias voltage arranging the base-emitter voltage VBE of the bopolar TRs the same is given from the resistance ladder 1 to each emitter.
