发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF RARE-EARTH MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To effectively manufacture the ultraanisotropic magnet having sufficient surface magnetic density by a method wherein the rare-earth magnet of R-Fe-B in fundamental composition is oriented into ultraanisotropy in a pulse magnetic field, and it is pressure-molded using a pressing machine. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic powder of the composition of (Ce0.2, Pr0.2, Nd0.5, Dy0.1) 16, Fe66CO10B8 is filled into the vacant space 9 surrounded by a magnetic field yoke 1, a lower punch 3 and a lower core 4 consisting of a non-magnetic material and a pressure-molding is performed using the upper punch. A magnetic field yoke is formed by winding an insulating copper wire as a coil 11 on the groove part provided on the pure iron and the like of magnetic material, and it is used in the same manner as the multipolar magnetization performed on a ring-shaped permanent magnet by applying a pulse current from the powder source on the pulse magnetic field connected to a conducting wire 12. The rare-earth magnet, which is pressure-molded and oriented in an ultraanisotropy as above-mentioned, is treated by sintering and aging, and after a grinding process the magnet is formed into a ring-shape one. A plastic spacer is inserted in such a manner that it is tightly fixed to the inner circumferential surface, a yoke is used, a magnetic pole is positioned, and a magnetization is performed using a pulse power supply.
