PURPOSE:To attain the mechanization of mold production, the reduction of manpower and the improvement of working efficiency by attaching dies for a runner part to dies for mold production of a molding machine in such a manner that said molds can be attached and detached and producing various molds. CONSTITUTION:The dies 22, 23 for the runner part are combined with the dies 18, 19 for mold production attached to the dies 11, 12 on a fixed side and moving side. The runner 21 of the intermediate mold formed in this state is opened to the right and left. The intermediate mold 20 produced in such a manner is combined and fixed to a preliminarily produced end mold and set plate and thereafter, a casting operation is executed. The mold production is mechanized, the manpower is reduced and the working efficiency is improved by the above- mentioned method.
