PURPOSE:To attain an accurate control, by constituting an auxiliary power source of a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:By setting a combined temperature, and a combined flow rate requested to obtain at a setting unit 21, and instructing the start of the combination of hot water and cold water, a hot water side motor 16, and a cold water side motor 17 are driven, and a hot water side valve 12, and a cold water side valve 13 are opened, then the hot water and the cold water are mixed and discharged. When a power failure occurs in process of supplying mixed water, a electricity accumulated in a capacitor 25 is discharged, then a control unit 22 performs a control to close the hot water side valve 12 and the cold water side valve 13. At such a time, considerations for the purpose of safety, and for that the battery quantity of the capacitor is not enough, are paid, and the control unit 22 controls so that the hot water side valve 12 is closed earlier, and the cold water side valve 13 is closed later.
