PURPOSE:To make transfer to neutral so as not to be done so frequently, by selecting the neutral of a transmission according to the operation and release of a parking brake. CONSTITUTION:A first controlling device sets a transmission to neutral when a fact that a parking brake comes into a state of being operated is detected by a first detecting device. And, a second detecting device emits a detecting signal in response to initial operation at the time of restoring the parking brake to a non operational state. And, a second controlling device releases the neutral in response to a signal out of the second detecting device.
