PURPOSE:To enable the use of a high hardness material and improve the durability by forming the forming roll die attachably and detachably fitting the forming part having the formed groove for round working to the holder part providing a recessed step part on the outer periphery of the shell body having a rotary shaft hole. CONSTITUTION:A recessed step part 23 is provided on the outer periphery of the shell body 22 having a rotary shaft hole 10, an external thread 24 is formed at one end side and the annular plate 26 forming the inner thread 25 is screwed to this thread 24. A forming part 27 is attached and detached to the recessed step part of the shell body 22 by removing the annular plate 26 and a forming groove 28 is formed on the outer periphery thereof. The edge of a work lug part is rounded along the circular arc face of the bottom part of the roll forming groove 28 and formed around by pressing a forming roll 20 to the lug part of the work by the hydraulic cylinder. In this way, the wear is reduced and the durability is improved by using the forming part 27 consisting of a sintered hard alloy.
