<p>A novel method for applying adjuvants to fabric employing a tumbler-type dryer is disclosed. To achieve uniform distribution of the adjuvant on the fabric, the adjuvant, in accordance with the present invention, is sprayed on to the dryer drum. Spreading agents, distributing agents or carrier may be included in the composition sprayed on to the dryer drum if desired. Novel compositions of matter suitable for use in the practice of this invention are also disclosed.</p> |
