GRADING EXTRACTION METHOD OF FULVIC ACID SUBFRACTION IN SOIL

The invention discloses a graded extraction method for subcomponents of fulvic acid in soil. The extraction method comprises the following steps: step a, pretreatment of a soil sample; step b, graded extraction of organic matters in soil; step c, preparation of crude graded subcomponents of fulvic acid; step d, concentration of the crude graded subcomponents of fulvic acid; and step e, purification of subcomponent samples of fulvic acid. Thus, the method provided by the invention can extract fulvic acid subcomponent solutions by using different solution continuous extraction technologies and enrich the fulvic acid subcomponent solutions extracted in grades by using macroporous resin, and thus, graded fulvic acid subcomponent solid samples are obtained.
