DISPLAY DEVICE FOR ADVERTISING

A device for showing visual messages, known as advertising display, has the form of a stand which can be rotated around a vertical central axis (3) and which has a horizontal section in the form of an equilateral polygon. At least some of the display surfaces (60, 60') are constituted by surfaces on essentially two-dimensional wall elements, which can be alternated between two display positions, and the alternating wall elements have such a width that one of their vertical side edges, depending on the display position, is essentially connected to one side edge of alternately one or the other of the two adjacent alternating wall elements, so that the said stand in horizontal section in both the display positions has the same geometric form consisting of an equilateral polygon.
