发明名称 LASER BEAM MACHINING CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the positioning to a working start point with high accuracy by storing the relative coordinate position between the detector of the working starting point and laser beam radiating position and operating the automatic correction of the working start point and laser beam radiating position in a laser beam machining control device. CONSTITUTION:In case of positioning the focus of the condensing laser light in a work head 14 on the working start point 13 of the above of a work 5, the relative coordinate value between the radiating position of the laser beam by the work head 14and working start point detector 15 is measured. This relative coordinate value is stored as the correction amount in the memory of the inside of the control device, the working start point 13 of the above of the work 5 is visualized by the detector 15 and the present position (the position of on a machine coordinate system) of the working start point is stored. The movement amount of on the machine coordinate system is operated based on the correction amount stored in the memory and the work head 14 is accurately positioned at the working start point 13 of the work 5 by moving the laser beam position by the movement amount calculated.
