PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for manual work and to facilitate the assembling by forming a pressing projection to a bobbin and forming a processing face abutting onto the projection to a housing thereby pressing the bobbin into the housing. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 4 with a terminal to which a back core 3 is penetrated is pressed into a housing 1 placed with a front core 2. In this case, slopes 6, 6 of pressing projections 7, 7 formed to the bobbin 4 with terminal are inserted easily along a slope 8b of the housing 1, the pressing projections 7, 7 are pressed by the pressing face 8a of the housing through the further pressing the smashed, then the back core 3 is pressed into the front core 2. Then the pressing is executed till the bottom of a hole part of cylindrical shape with step formed to the housing 1 is pressed into contact onto the upper face of the gouged part of the side face of collars 4c, 4d of the bobbin. Thus, the assembling is facilitated and the number of assembling man-hours is reduced. |
