摘要 The deflection of a conveying flow in pipelines, in particular of granular solid materials by pneumatic conveying methods, takes place by manual reconnection, by blocking the line systems by means of individual units or by conveying-line switches having internal adjustable line parts. In these methods, during changing-over, the conveying must be shut down and the route section must be freed from conveyed material. The novel conveying-flow deflector is to be able to change over during the conveying operation by means of a drive and even in the case of the highest possible conveying pressures, while having the smallest possible installation dimensions. By way of a pivot point (4) in the vertex of a deflection housing (1), a tangentially arranged change-over valve (2) is swivelled, by means of any desired drive, in front of an internal conveying-pipe exit piece (3) and thus closes the preselected pipeline system with simultaneous opening of the other. The conveying-flow deflector is suitable, in particular, for use with all known pneumatic conveying methods; however, in particular because of its compact method of construction and its adaptability, in terms of material, to all conveyed materials, it can also be used in the pipeline systems in hydroeconomy and in the chemical, gas and power station industries.
