PURPOSE:To enable an image in a special color to be easily formed, by adhering a toner onto a developing sheet comprising a colored developing layer provided on the lower side of a base, laying a paper beneath the developing sheet, applying heat and/or pressure thereto, and then releasing the paper from the base. CONSTITUTION:A colored developing layer B2 is provided on the lower side of a base sheet B1 of a developing sheet B. Light reflected from a manuscript is directed to the surface of a photosensitive drum 2 by an optical system device 4 to form a latent image on the surface, and a toner is adhered to the latent image by a developing device 6. The toner C on the surface of the drum 2 is adhered to the developing sheet B at a transferring part 8, and a paper A is laid beneath the developing sheet B. The developing sheet B and the paper A are fed by a suction belt 11, and are heated by a heater 13 and a fixing device 12. The colored developing layer B2 is melted at parts corresponding to parts to which the toner C is adhered, and the melted layer is adhered to the paper A. Then, the base sheet B1 is released from the paper A, whereby an image of the colored developing layer B2 in the same shape as that of the manuscript can be formed on the upper side of the paper A. |
