Procedure for the protection of surfaces of sheet metal such as air canal that is made of steel, aluminum or copper or its alloy, or plastic, comprises applying a solvent-free mixture from epoxy resin in bisphenol A and/or bisphenol F-base, glycidyl ether as reactive diluent, a curing agent based on an amine adduct (addition compound) from a polyamine and/or generic amines with primary, secondary and tertiary amino groups, fillers and additives on the surface, by filling, brushing, rolling or spraying; and treating the surface at 15[deg]C. Procedure for the protection of surfaces of sheet metal such as air canal that is made of steel, aluminum or copper or its alloy, plastic, comprises applying a solvent-free mixture from epoxy resin in bisphenol A and/or bisphenol F-base, glycidyl ether as reactive diluent, a curing agent based on an amine adduct (addition compound) from a polyamine and/or generic amines with primary, secondary and tertiary amino groups, fillers and additives on the surface, by filling, brushing, rolling or spraying; and treating the surface at 15[deg]C, where a single layer of the mixture is applied at a thickness of 250-600 mu m on an untreated surface that is provided with an oil film, the oil components are uptaken through the mixture, and the reaction of the mixture with the oil provides a single-layered dynamically loadable, wear-resistant, chemical-resistant and electrically puncture-proof protection system with a bond strength of at least 7-11 N/mm 2> on the surface.
