PURPOSE:To obtain information that conforms to practical business and to rationalize related business still more by giving and receiving only information that changes in time series and conforms to conditions predetermined for each user. CONSTITUTION:A data storing area 16 holds information data offered to users of information service, and offered information items and condition of offering requested by users are registered in a service condition storing area 17 for each user. Registration in a file is made by an offerer based on a contract at the time of information service contract. However, alteration of request items by a user that occurs after execution of service and setting of new conditions can be made directly by the user based on predetermined process. That is, a service condition storing area 37 is a file for storing information items and conditions that can be serviced by an offerer or information items to be given and received by a user and conditions of offer, and not essential for all users. |
