PURPOSE:To determine the moving quantity of a body stably and accurately, by calculating a moving vector value based on the distance information outputted from a distance image obtaining part. CONSTITUTION:A distance image obtaining part 11 obtains distance information (distance image), wherein each pixel has a distance as a value, from the image taken by two cameras 14. A post-filter 12 removes the noise contained in said distance information and performs smoothing processing in order to hold processing stability on and after. A moving vector extraction part 13 calculates the moving quantity distribution over the entire regions of the distance images from distance images at times (t), t-1 and outputs the same. By this constitution, since the distance image is used as the premise of processing, the moving quantity of a body can be determined stably and accurately. |
