发明名称 AUTOMATIC WINDING APPARATUS OF RESIN-IMPREGNATED FILAMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To automate treatment of end parts of a leading end and a termination of a resin-impregnated filament, by providing both a guiding jig and a cutting device between which a clamping device is located on a wrist of a robot. CONSTITUTION:A clamping device 12 is set on a fixing plate 8a of a robot 8 and on its both sides, a cylinder 11 having a guiding jig 7 and a cylinder 14 having a cutting device 13 are provided. A filament is pulled out from a bobbin 1 and passed through an impregnating apparatus 3. An end part of a resin-impregnated filament 4 is pulled out from the guiding jig 7 and clamped by means of a clamping device 12. When a controlling device 9 is started, an arm of the robot 8 hangs and fixes the filament 4 on a notch 5a of a mold jig 5. The guiding jig 7 is forwarded and the filament 4 is wound on the mold jig 5. After winding is completed, a termination of the filament 4 is fixed on the notch 5a, the guiding jig 7 is retreated and the filament 4 is clamped by means of the clamping device 12. A cutting device 13 is forwarded and the filament 4 is cut.
